We have switched the Simwood portal over to our new architecture. This has been extensively tested but we wanted to advise you of the change in case you experience any issues.

All elements of the portal, including immediate APIs are now containerised in multiple places around the network, and public facing services are now anycasted for locality, performance, and availability. This new technology will be applied to our primary API shortly and is also the basis for our new voice stack so we'd very much appreciate any feedback on the difference it makes to the portal for you.
