Please note that we are undertaking some work on our databases, including those used for call handling, during the evening of Thursday 29th March and day of Friday 30th March. This time has been picked to ensure minimum risk of disruption, due to the holiday weekend. As such, services should be considered AT RISK for this period.

We do not anticipate any interruption to services, although we may change the DNS of hostnames used for outbound voice termination. As detailed in our interop information we strongly encourage the use of FQDNs (and ideally SRV records) for outbound calls and customers should not send traffic to a specific IP address directly.
